Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing

All of our products are made using sublimation printing and are produced after the order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holiday). During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to countries within Europe. All orders are shipped from within the Europe Union.

Estimated Delivery Time 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

- Sweden: 1–3 business days 

- Nordic countries: 2–5 business days 

- Rest of Europe: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs procedures, or seasonal delays.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of the order.

Tracking Information 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.

Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frames, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, customs processing, or peak seasonal periods. These delays are outside of our control.

Customs and Import Taxes 

For orders shipped within the European Union, additional customs duties usually do not apply. However, buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or import fees if required by their local regulations.

Incorrect Address 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we will do our best to assist you.
