Returns & Refunds

At Nataprint, our products are created using sublimation printing and some items are personalized or made to order. Because of this, certain items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

- your order number

- clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Once we review the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns for Non-Personalized Items 

If you wish to return a non-personalized item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

- be unused

- be in their original condition

- be returned in the original packaging or packaging of equal quality

Please note that original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Returned goods should be sent using a trackable shipping method (such as registered post) to ensure the parcel can be traced.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless:

- the item is faulty

- the item arrived damaged

- an incorrect item was sent

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 working days. 

The time for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- personalized products 

- custom sublimation items 

- special or made-to-order products

EU Consumer Rights

Customers located within the European Union may have the legal right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products created specifically for the customer.
